What is your return policy?

At Q8IT, our refund policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and service transparency:

Payments made for completed technical services, consultations, or on-site visits are non-refundable.

Monthly or annual support contracts are non-refundable once activated, except in special cases approved by management.

If you’re not satisfied with the service delivered, please contact us within 7 days. We’ll review your case and may offer:

  • Partial refund

  • Service credit

  • Free service extension

If the service was paid for but not yet delivered, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment.

Refunds for custom projects (e.g., network setup, server installation) are evaluated case by case based on project stage and resources used.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
