On-Site IT Visit Process

Our Business Boost Plan is built for businesses that require structured, ongoing technical care. Here’s how we deliver it — clearly, efficiently, and professionally.

Phase 1 – Scheduled Preventive Visit

  • A Q8IT engineer visits your office based on your contract schedule.

  • Carries a pre-approved checklist to ensure no aspect is missed.

  • Starts with a full review of user devices, software, and system performance.

  • Cleans, updates, and checks antivirus, Windows stability, and software licenses.

  • Ensures all user devices connect properly to printers and central servers (AD, Exchange, File servers, etc.).

Phase 2 – Network & Cabinet Health Check

  • Technician opens and inspects the network cabinet.

  • Verifies performance and physical condition of switches, routers, access points, and patch panels.

  • Checks for dust, overheating, cable tangling, or faulty ports.

  • Notes any risks, recommends improvements, and schedules deeper cleaning if needed.

  • This step is logged in your technical maintenance history.

Phase 3 – Real-Time Issue Handling

  • After inspection, the engineer interacts directly with staff.

  • Each user is asked: “Are you experiencing any IT issues today?”

  • Immediate support is provided where possible.

  • Complex issues are logged and escalated.

  • The visit is concluded with a sign-off from the department head or representative.
